Install, repair, and modify commercial and industrial sheet‑metal systems on job sites.Sheet Metal Project Foreman
Lead crews, coordinate project tasks, and ensure quality installations on schedule. -
Plumbing Apprentice
Learn pipefitting, layout, installation, and commercial plumbing systems from certified professionals.Licensed Plumbers
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain complex commercial/industrial plumbing systems.Plumbing Foreman
Supervise plumbing crews, manage workflow, and ensure code compliance and quality. -
Pipe Welder
Perform certified welds for piping systems in commercial and industrial environments.Licensed Refrigeration Technician
Install, service, and repair refrigeration and HVAC mechanical systems (VRF, split systems, plan & spec). -

What we’re looking for
No experience required for entry‑level positions
Applicants under 18 may apply if the job/location meets State of Vermont labor laws
Must be available for full‑time hours: Monday–Friday (8‑hour shifts)
Occasional Saturdays may be required to meet critical project deadlines
Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to job sites
