    Sheet Metal Apprentice
    Hands‑on training with experienced mechanics; ideal for those entering the trade.

    Sheet Metal Mechanic
    Install, repair, and modify commercial and industrial sheet‑metal systems on job sites.

    Sheet Metal Project Foreman
    Lead crews, coordinate project tasks, and ensure quality installations on schedule.

  • Plumbing Apprentice
    Learn pipefitting, layout, installation, and commercial plumbing systems from certified professionals.

    Licensed Plumbers
    Install, troubleshoot, and maintain complex commercial/industrial plumbing systems.

    Plumbing Foreman
    Supervise plumbing crews, manage workflow, and ensure code compliance and quality.

  • Pipe Welder
    Perform certified welds for piping systems in commercial and industrial environments.

    Licensed Refrigeration Technician
    Install, service, and repair refrigeration and HVAC mechanical systems (VRF, split systems, plan & spec).

What we’re looking for

No experience required for entry‑level positions


Applicants under 18 may apply if the job/location meets State of Vermont labor laws


Must be available for full‑time hours: Monday–Friday (8‑hour shifts)


Occasional Saturdays may be required to meet critical project deadlines


Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to job sites
